Our 10-Day Diamanté Promise ensures your satisfaction. No returns are accepted for hygiene reasons, especially if the hair has been tampered with. Items must be in their original state. No cancellations are allowed, only exchanges. If unsatisfied, we offer exchanges within 10 days of delivery for defective or damaged items.
Restrictions: Exchanges are restricted for worn, unwrapped, or tampered products. Returns must be made within ten days, and exchanges are limited to the same texture and length.
