Postage Information:

 

Orders do not require a signature on delivery, except for Recorded Next Day Delivery.

If you are not home during delivery, the parcel will be left in a safe place or at your local pickup zone.

Allow 1-2 days for processing before your parcel is sent. Orders are typically processed the same day, excluding public holidays.

Delays may occur due to global pandemic-related logistics issues.

Missing Parcels:

 

In case your parcel is delayed or lost, it may take up to three months to receive a response from the Courier's Investigation Team. We will do our best to find a solution within our control.

Incorrect Information:

 

No changes can be made once an order is placed. Double-check your shipping address before confirming. Business addresses must include the business name.

Unclaimed or returned parcels due to insufficient or incorrect information won't be refunded.

Returns and Exchanges Policy:

 

We are a UK-based company committed to providing premium quality, 100% Virgin and Raw hair. Our returns and exchanges policy is as follows:

 

No Returns on Worn Hair:

 

Hygiene reasons prevent returns on worn, washed, dyed, bleached, or tampered hair. All orders are final, and cancellations are not accepted. Exchanges only.

Exchange Process:

 

If unsatisfied, we process exchanges within 10 days of delivery for defective or damaged items. Exchanges are limited to the same texture and length.

Restrictions:

 

Exchanges apply only to unworn, unwrapped, or untampered products. Items must be returned within ten days. We reserve the right to reject worn or tampered items.

We are not liable for hair damage due to coloring or bleaching. Refunds/exchanges won't be issued for dissatisfaction with texture, color, or typical concerns with natural hair.

Quality Concerns:

 

Contact us through your account's online message center with details and pictures of any quality concerns. We take complaints seriously and investigate reported faults.

Return Process:

 

To arrange a return, contact Customer Service for a unique returns authorization number and necessary information. Package the item securely with our returns form included. Obtain a proof of postage receipt.
